Central Park - Green Shoots Response

 

The Architecture Centre Devon and Cornwall facilitated a design event Saturday 13^th November to generate a response to the consultation by Plymouth City Council on its masterplan proposals for Central Park. We spent the morning walking the park and the afternoon thinking about the plans and what we thought the priorities are.
