The project is to develop a flagship cluster of creative industries businesses and sector specific support agencies on the site of the Old Grammar School in Redruth. An architect-led design teams was sought for design of the redevelopment of the site including conversion of some existing buildings at the Old Grammar School Redruth, Cornwall. The establishment of this cluster is intended to act as a catalyst for private sector involvement in the development of a creative industries quarter in Redruth.
The Architecture Centre was asked to review the project brief, advise on procurement strategy produce the tender documentation post the OJEU notice, chair the shortlisting and competitive interviews.
