ARCHITECTURE

Professional Recognition

The following qualifications, the BA(Hons) Architecture (RIBA/ARB Part 1), the Master of Architecture (RIBA/ARB Part 2) and the CAPP programme (RIBA/ARB Part 3), are validated by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and prescribed by the Architects’ Registration Board (ARB), subject to periodic review, for the purposes of entry onto the United Kingdom Register of Architects. For further details on ARB and the prescription of architectural qualifications see the Education section of the ARB website (opens in a new window)

All programmes have been given continuing ARB prescription until September 2009.

All programmes have been given continuing RIBA validation until February 2012.

The Architectural Technology and Conservation course is accredited in principle by CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists).
