– and create a giant unitary council for the whole county, excluding Torbay and Plymouth.

There is still time to have your say on the proposals. Your local MP and the Secretary
of State for Local Government and Communities are interested in your views.
 
You may also give your views directly to the Prime Minister. It is easy to do thanks to
an online petition, set up by a Devon County Councillor, via the Number 10 website.
